Terms of service
These are the terms on which JilbabCo (“we”, “us”, “the atelier”) offers this website, its garments and its services. By visiting the site or buying from us you agree to them, together with the policies they refer to. Please read them; they are short, and they are honest. Where the English and Arabic texts differ, the English prevails.
1. The store, and who may use it
You must be of the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from us. You agree not to use the site or our garments for anything unlawful, and not to send anything of a destructive nature through the site. A breach of these terms ends our service to you.
2. Our word, and its limits
We may decline to serve anyone, for any reason, at any time. Your content, apart from payment details, may travel unencrypted across networks and be adapted to them; payment details are always encrypted in transit. Nothing on the site may be copied, resold or exploited without our written permission. Headings here are for convenience and do not change the meaning of the terms.
3. Information on the site
We keep the site accurate and current as far as we are able, but its material is general information, not advice, and may include historical detail kept for reference. We may change the site's contents at any time and are not obliged to update any of it. Relying on it is your own choice.
4. Prices, and changes to the service
Prices may change without notice. We may alter or withdraw the service, or any part of it, at any time, and we are not liable to you or to anyone else for a change, a price change, or a suspension.
5. Garments and services
Some pieces are available only online and in limited number. Returns and exchanges follow our Returns & Exchanges; repairs and alterations follow Repairs & Alterations. We show colours and cloth as faithfully as we can, but a screen cannot promise a colour. We may limit sales to any person, region or jurisdiction, limit quantities, change a description or a price, or withdraw a garment, at our discretion. An offer that is void where prohibited is void there.
6. Your account and your details
You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it so, so that we can complete your order and reach you when we need to. We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities per person, household or order, including orders placed under the same account, card or address; if we do, we will tell you by the email or address given with the order.
7. Tools and links we do not own
We may give you access to third-party tools we neither monitor nor control. They come as they are, without warranty, and their use is at your risk and under their own terms. Likewise, links on the site may lead elsewhere; we are not responsible for the content, accuracy or dealings of other sites, and any concern about them belongs with that site.
8. What you send us
If you send us ideas, suggestions or other material, whether we asked for it or not, we may use it in any medium, without restriction or payment, and without a duty of confidence. You are responsible for its accuracy, for having the right to send it, and for keeping it free of anything unlawful, abusive or infringing. We may edit or remove content we find objectionable, and we are not liable for what others post.
9. Your privacy
What you give us through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Errors and omissions
Occasionally the site carries a typographical error or an inaccuracy — in a description, a price, a promotion, an offer, a shipping charge, a transit time or availability. We may correct it, and cancel or update an order affected by it, at any time and without notice, including after the order is placed. We take on no duty to update or clarify information except as the law requires.
11. Prohibited uses
Beyond what these terms already forbid, you may not use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to do the same; to breach any law or regulation; to infringe our rights or anyone else's; to harass, defame, discriminate or intimidate; to mislead; to upload malicious code; to collect the personal information of others; to spam, phish or scrape; for any obscene or immoral purpose; or to interfere with the security of the site or of the internet. We may end your use of the site for any of these.
12. No warranty, and the limit of our liability
We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that its results will be accurate. We may suspend or cancel the service at any time without notice. The service and every garment delivered through it are provided as they are and as available, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, JilbabCo, its owners, makers, staff and suppliers are not liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential, including lost profits, revenue, savings or data — arising from your use of the service or of any garment, or from any error or omission in content, whether in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility. Where a jurisdiction does not allow such an exclusion, our liability is limited to the fullest extent that jurisdiction permits.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JilbabCo and its owners, makers, staff, suppliers, licensors and service providers against any claim, including reasonable legal fees, brought by a third party because of your breach of these terms or of any law or right.
14. Severability, and the whole of the agreement
If any part of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that part is enforced as far as the law allows and the rest stands. These terms, with the policies they name, are the whole agreement between us on the service and replace any earlier one. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. Any ambiguity is not read against the party who drafted it.
15. Ending things
Obligations incurred before termination survive it. These terms hold until ended by you or by us. You may end them by ceasing to use the site; we may end them at any time, without notice, if in our judgement you have failed to comply, and you remain liable for amounts owed to that date.
16. Governing law
These terms, and any separate agreement under which we serve you, are governed by the laws of the United States.
17. Changes to these terms
The current version is always on this page. We may update, change or replace any part of it by posting the change here; it is for you to look in from time to time, and your continued use of the site after a change is your acceptance of it.

هذه هي الشروط التي تقدّم بها جلبابكو («نحن»، «لنا»، «الورشة») هذا الموقع وملابسها وخدماتها. بزيارتك للموقع أو الشراء منّا فإنك توافق عليها، مع السياسات التي تشير إليها. نرجو قراءتها؛ فهي موجزة وصريحة. وعند الاختلاف بين النصّين يُعتدّ بالنص الإنجليزي.
١. المتجر، ومن يجوز له استخدامه
يجب أن تكون قد بلغت سن الرشد في بلد إقامتك، أو أن تحصل على موافقة أحد الوالدين أو الوصي، لتشتري منّا. وتوافق على ألّا تستخدم الموقع أو ملابسنا لأي غرض غير مشروع، وألّا ترسل عبر الموقع أي شيء ذي طبيعة ضارة. وأي إخلال بهذه الشروط ينهي خدمتنا لك.
٢. كلمتنا، وحدودها
يجوز لنا أن نرفض تقديم الخدمة لأي شخص، لأي سبب، وفي أي وقت. قد ينتقل محتواك، عدا تفاصيل الدفع، غير مشفّر عبر الشبكات ويُكيَّف مع متطلباتها؛ أما تفاصيل الدفع فتُشفَّر دائمًا أثناء النقل. ولا يجوز نسخ أي جزء من الموقع أو إعادة بيعه أو استغلاله دون إذن كتابي منّا. والعناوين هنا للتيسير فحسب ولا تغيّر معنى الشروط.
٣. المعلومات على الموقع
نحرص على دقة الموقع وحداثته قدر استطاعتنا، غير أن مادته معلومات عامة لا مشورة، وقد تتضمن تفاصيل تاريخية أُبقيت للمرجع. ويجوز لنا تغيير محتويات الموقع في أي وقت دون التزام بتحديث أيٍّ منها. والاعتماد عليها اختيارك أنت.
٤. الأسعار، والتغييرات في الخدمة
قد تتغيّر الأسعار دون إشعار. ويجوز لنا تعديل الخدمة أو سحبها، أو أي جزء منها، في أي وقت، ولسنا مسؤولين تجاهك أو تجاه أي طرف آخر عن تغيير، أو تغيير في السعر، أو تعليق.
٥. الملابس والخدمات
بعض القطع متاحة عبر الإنترنت فقط وبأعداد محدودة. وتخضع الإرجاعات والاستبدالات لسياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال لدينا؛ وتخضع الإصلاحات والتعديلات لبرنامج الإصلاح والتعديل. ونعرض الألوان والأقمشة بأقصى ما نستطيع من أمانة، غير أن الشاشة لا تضمن لونًا. ويجوز لنا، وفق تقديرنا، تقييد البيع لأي شخص أو منطقة أو ولاية قضائية، وتحديد الكميات، وتغيير وصف أو سعر، أو سحب قطعة. وأي عرض يُعدّ باطلًا حيث يُحظر فهو باطل هناك.
٦. حسابك وبياناتك
توافق على تزويدنا بمعلومات شراء وحساب حديثة وكاملة ودقيقة، وعلى إبقائها كذلك، لنتمكن من إتمام طلبك والوصول إليك عند الحاجة. ويجوز لنا رفض طلب أو إلغاؤه، أو تحديد الكميات لكل شخص أو أسرة أو طلب، بما في ذلك الطلبات المقدَّمة بالحساب نفسه أو البطاقة نفسها أو العنوان نفسه؛ وإن فعلنا فسنخبرك عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو العنوان المقدَّم مع الطلب.
٧. أدوات وروابط لا نملكها
قد نتيح لك أدوات من أطراف ثالثة لا نراقبها ولا نتحكم فيها. وهي تُقدَّم كما هي دون ضمان، واستخدامها على مسؤوليتك ووفق شروطها. وكذلك قد تقود روابط على الموقع إلى مواقع أخرى؛ ولسنا مسؤولين عن محتوى تلك المواقع أو دقتها أو تعاملاتها، وأي شكوى بشأنها تُوجَّه إلى ذلك الموقع.
٨. ما ترسله إلينا
إذا أرسلت إلينا أفكارًا أو اقتراحات أو مواد أخرى، سواء طلبناها أم لا، فيجوز لنا استخدامها في أي وسيط، دون قيد أو مقابل، ودون واجب سرية. وأنت مسؤول عن دقتها، وعن حقك في إرسالها، وعن خلوّها من كل ما هو غير مشروع أو مسيء أو منتهك للحقوق. ويجوز لنا تعديل أو إزالة أي محتوى نراه مستهجنًا، ولسنا مسؤولين عما ينشره الآخرون.
٩. خصوصيتك
يخضع ما تقدّمه لنا عبر المتجر لسياسة الخصوصية لدينا.
١٠. الأخطاء والسهو
قد يتضمن الموقع أحيانًا خطأً مطبعيًا أو معلومة غير دقيقة، في وصف أو سعر أو ترويج أو عرض أو رسوم شحن أو مدة توصيل أو توافر. ويجوز لنا تصحيحه، وإلغاء أو تحديث أي طلب تأثّر به، في أي وقت ودون إشعار، بما في ذلك بعد تقديم الطلب. ولا نلتزم بتحديث المعلومات أو توضيحها إلا بما يقتضيه القانون.
١١. الاستخدامات المحظورة
إضافة إلى ما تحظره هذه الشروط أصلًا، لا يجوز لك استخدام الموقع أو محتواه لأي غرض غير مشروع؛ أو حثّ الآخرين على ذلك؛ أو مخالفة أي قانون أو لائحة؛ أو انتهاك حقوقنا أو حقوق غيرنا؛ أو المضايقة أو التشهير أو التمييز أو الترهيب؛ أو التضليل؛ أو رفع شيفرة خبيثة؛ أو جمع المعلومات الشخصية للآخرين؛ أو الإزعاج أو التصيّد أو الاستخلاص الآلي؛ أو لأي غرض فاحش أو منافٍ للأخلاق؛ أو التدخل في أمن الموقع أو الإنترنت. ويجوز لنا إنهاء استخدامك للموقع لأي مما سبق.
١٢. لا ضمان، وحدود مسؤوليتنا
لا نعدك بأن تكون الخدمة متواصلة أو في وقتها أو آمنة أو خالية من الأخطاء، أو بأن تكون نتائجها دقيقة. ويجوز لنا تعليق الخدمة أو إلغاؤها في أي وقت دون إشعار. وتُقدَّم الخدمة وكل قطعة تُسلَّم من خلالها كما هي وحسب توافرها، دون ضمان من أي نوع، صريحًا كان أو ضمنيًا. وإلى أقصى حد يجيزه القانون، لا تتحمل جلبابكو ولا مالكوها وصنّاعها وموظفوها ومورّدوها أي مسؤولية عن أي إصابة أو خسارة أو ضرر من أي نوع، مباشرًا كان أو غير مباشر أو عرضيًا أو عقابيًا أو خاصًا أو تبعيًا، بما في ذلك خسارة الأرباح أو الإيرادات أو المدخرات أو البيانات، ينشأ عن استخدامك للخدمة أو لأي قطعة، أو عن أي خطأ أو سهو في المحتوى، سواء أكان ذلك على أساس العقد أم الضرر أم المسؤولية المطلقة أم غيرها، حتى وإن نُبِّهنا إلى احتمال حدوثه. وحيث لا تجيز ولاية قضائية مثل هذا الاستثناء، تُحدّ مسؤوليتنا إلى أقصى ما تجيزه تلك الولاية.
١٣. التعويض
توافق على تعويض جلبابكو ومالكيها وصنّاعها وموظفيها ومورّديها ومرخّصيها ومقدّمي خدماتها وإبراء ذمتهم من أي مطالبة، بما في ذلك أتعاب المحاماة المعقولة، يرفعها طرف ثالث بسبب إخلالك بهذه الشروط أو بأي قانون أو حق.
١٤. قابلية الفصل، والاتفاق كاملًا
إذا تبيّن أن أي جزء من هذه الشروط غير مشروع أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، فيُنفَّذ ذلك الجزء إلى أقصى حد يجيزه القانون ويبقى الباقي ساريًا. وتشكّل هذه الشروط، مع السياسات التي تسمّيها، الاتفاق الكامل بيننا بشأن الخدمة وتحل محل أي اتفاق سابق. وامتناعنا عن إنفاذ شرط ما ليس تنازلًا عنه. ولا يُفسَّر أي غموض ضد الطرف الذي صاغه.
١٥. إنهاء الاتفاق
تبقى الالتزامات الناشئة قبل الإنهاء سارية بعده. وتظل هذه الشروط نافذة حتى تُنهى من جانبك أو من جانبنا. ويمكنك إنهاؤها بالتوقف عن استخدام الموقع؛ ويجوز لنا إنهاؤها في أي وقت، دون إشعار، إذا رأينا أنك لم تلتزم بها، وتبقى مسؤولًا عن المبالغ المستحقة حتى ذلك التاريخ.
١٦. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط، وأي اتفاق مستقل نقدّم لك بموجبه خدماتنا، لقوانين الولايات المتحدة.
١٧. تغييرات على هذه الشروط
النسخة الحالية موجودة دائمًا على هذه الصفحة. ويجوز لنا تحديث أي جزء منها أو تغييره أو استبداله بنشر التغيير هنا؛ وعليك الاطلاع عليها بين حين وآخر، ويُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد أي تغيير قبولًا له.
